Hello,
is it possible to determine at least the family? The area consists of a small forrest on one side of the way and of a meadow with a small pond on the other side.

I would say it is rather a gall (of Kiefferia pericarpiicola).

Thank you, I never saw this before. But at least it had to do with diptera. :)
