Can't say why I rulled this out. :(
Propleuron is indeed hairy (not easy to see thought). Basing on the apical pores insertions of the scutellar bristles, they must have been angled from 45 to 60°

Following the rest of the key, this is apparently M dorsalis (front not wide, bares eyes, cerci andsurstyli straight and long haired)
