Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Heleomyzidae? (25.10.22) --> Tephrochlamys tarsalis

Hello,

confusingly there were three fly species from different families, but all with an orange abdomen, visiting my fruit baits in our courtyard this afternoon (northwest Germany): Phaonia subventa (Muscidae) was easy. Another fly I believe to be Mycophaga testacea (Anthomyiidae). And then there was this 6-7 mm fly, which unfortunately did not allow better photos. I think, it is Heleomyzidae. Correct?
