Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Muscidae ID? -> Helina evecta/annosa (likely evecta)

Was unable to key this myself, photos are not that great. Thought of Tribe Azeliini as I thought hind coxa is seen to be hairy, but this is hard or not at all seen.
