Thank you very much! This looks indeed quite like it, I only believe the black abdomen is not present in my picture. However, more detail characteristics are simply lacking in my images. At least it is part of Eulophidae, where I also found a look-a-like in the Cirrospilus genus; C. lyncus (

I think more detailed pictures are needed, but this at least brings me much closer :)
