Hi, also this specimen was photographed at Hundsheimer Berg, Lower Austria, on August 7. Here I would guess C. brevicornis...

Why ?
Marginals on tergite 4 disagree and indicate brassicaria female.
Brevicornis is pretty rare these days

Dear Theo, thanks a lot. I obvioulsly look at the wrong things when trying to identify. Is there a key for the determination of Cylindreomyia?

All keys start with this hind tibia feature which is impossible to see from pictures.
