Thank you for the input. In Cerretti's "The world woodlouse flies (Diptera, Rhinophoridae)" Stevenia sardoa, which was previously considered a synonym of S. deceptoria, was treated again as a distinct valid species upon further examination of the syntypes. In the same paper it's also stated that "S. sardoa differs from S. deceptoria in having the fore and hind femora at least partly red.".
In this specimen the femora seem to be entirely black, so I think that S. deceptoria is still more likely.
Are there any other possible species?
