I am new to the Sciomyzidae, I think I identify this specimen as Tetanocera robusta.

What do you think ?

Tetanocera, yes. Not robusta.
1. See Vala, J. (1989) Faune de France: France et régions Limitrophes. Vol. 72. Diptères sciomyzidae euro-méditerranéens. Paris: Fédération Française des Sociétés de Sciences Naturelles Publ., 300 p. T. robusta not recorded for France. No wonder, it is North species.
2. Your fly has at apex of f3 ad and pd setae opposite each other (robusta hasn't such setae). So, your Tetanocera is arrogans or montana.

Indeed, I was wrong...
By the criteria, it looks like T. arrogans.
