Paragus is ok, and it is one without hair bands on the eyes. Van Veen's key (https://web.archi...s_key.html) lists three candidates: P. haemorrhous, P. tibialis, and P. constrictus. Only males can be identified (by genital characteristics), and yours is a female. Falk (https://www.flick...710183030/) says P. haemorrhous is common and found in sunny grassland, so label your pictures "cf. haemorrhous" - it's the best we can say...
