I don't know how to ID this species of Tachinidae.
Location : Puy de Dôme in the center of France, july 2021

when posted on inaturalist and another french forum, I have two different identifications for this one :
Nemoraea pellucida and
Winthemia. It's too hard for me to say the difference... thanks for your sugestions !

It is, indeed, a male Winthemia, probably W. bohemani.
