Hi Jim,
I've attached a version of your second photo with markup I added. Two cecidomyiid larvae, one Hymenoptera larva, and a second probable Hymenoptera larva. The clearly defined head of the larger wasp larva is visible (circled) and its opposing mandibles are just barely noticeable as a dark smudge on the head.
