Hello,

I photographed this fly in Bazzano (AQ), Italy on January 14th 2022. I think it is a Tachinidae, but is it possible to identify its genus or species from these photos?

Thank you in advance,
Emanuele

I found a large Tachinini in my house December 31, 2020. I think it was Juriniopsis adusta. I don't know if it flew in from outside.

Forecast high today is -10 C.

Thank you very much Theo! I wasn't expecting to find a Tachinidae in this time of the year. It was also surprisingly active despite the low temperatures.
