I found this Cylindromyia on 19th June 2021 on nutrient-poor grassland in the very east of Niedersachsen (Germany), Landkreis Lüneburg.
I tried to identify it using the key of Tschorsnig & Herting (2005). But as a tachinid beginner, I find it difficult to identify all the bristles and other features mentioned in the key.
