Empis (Coptophlebia) (nr?) albinervis. I am not sure whether albinervis can have shortly pennate fore tarsi. The abbreviated M1+2 rules out the pennipes group of species of Empis (Empis).

Ah ok.
Thanks a lot.

The fly is always in the alcohol 70 degrees.
What picture could be useful to be sure?

Best regards.

Only the female would have pennate legs ?
Male has not !

Indeed, only females have pennate legs. Leg pennation is very rare among males of Empididae, certainly in the western Palaearctic.
