Is it possible to ID this?
Location: North-Norway - Harstad - Vikevannet
Habitat: Lakeshore - Date: 24.06.2021

Hi Rune, from what I see it could be a male Fanniidae (veins A1, A2 and subcosta).

Eric, I disagree. two posterior setae on t2 have jizz of Muscidae

I first thought it looked like a Hebecnema sp.
Infuscated vings, No bristles on the head and the eyes fused together and very big.
and the 3 strong ventral bristles on the femora2.
