Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Helina impuncta?

I found this muscid in a botanical garden in Sussex, UK on 17/10/2021. Sorry that the photos are not great, but I was wondering whether it's possible to ID the fly anyway.

Judging from the colour of the legs, the yellow-tinted wing bases, the darkened cross-veins and the spotless abdomen, Helina impuncta seems like a reasonable possibility. The only thing that is causing me to doubt this possibility is that there appear to be two presutural acrostichal bristles, which seems to be a rather unusual characteristic for muscids in the Phaoniinae subfamily. Any help with the ID would be much appreciated!

Many thanks,
Dylan
