Hello,

I photographed this fly in the Sorgenti del Fiume Vera Nature Reserve (AQ), Italy on April 30th 2021. It looks like a Muscidae to me, but I'm not totally sure about that. Is it possible to identify its genus or species from these photos?

Thank you in advance,
Emanuele

The red frons and 3 backward-pointing bristles on the hind leg suggest Anthomyiidae to me.
Maybe a Pegomya sp.
