I'm not sure if it is a
Trixoscelis. Do you have the specimen or other photos?

Unfortunately not Heleomyzidae, so not
Trixoscelis sp. Postverical seta not cruciate, mesonotum sparsely setose only (presutural setae absent), and no spines at costal vein... Maybe Acarthophtalmidae but it should be checked...
