this fly I photographed today in Germany in Saxony. Is ID possible?

Hi Marion, Linnaemya picta, I think. The red tibiae are hard to recognise, but red humerals and postalars should point to picta - as does November.

The photo is a bit underexposed, but the hind tibiae look red.
