Can this Syrphidea be determined from the photos??
Location: Germany, North Rhine-Westphalia, garden in Krefeld-Uerdingen, size approx. 8 mm

not Syrphidea, but Syrphidae. The extension -idea would indicate a superfamily, not family.

The fly should be a female Eupeodes corollae.
