Thread subject: Diptera.info :: ID Muscidae or Anthomyiidae (bubble blowing)?

Hi,

I took pictures of this (bubble blowing) fly 9 June 2021, SE part of the Netherlands, on a pedunculate oak tree.
Is it possible to ID this fly, at least on genus level? Thanks for your help.
