Hello,

An Opomyzidae found in North of France, Cassel, the 13 October 2021, on a white plastic covering a hay stack, in a grassy area, near a farm and a forest
Maybe Opomyza germinationis ?

See the black stripe along abdomen, this is important identification mark for Opomyza petrei, a relatively uncommon species.

The black line along the abdomen is also present in Opomyza germinationis. Only much more contrasting in Opomyza petrei where the abdomen is much more yellowish with black along the middle and black lines along the sides.
I think this particular specimen is a female of Opomyza germinationis.
