Pentti, I apologise for my mistake. I was not satisfied with my answer and the dilemma with the criteria of one or the other of these two species stated before; In fact if one looks at your pictures well one realizes that there is only one pair of dc on the mesonotum, and not two as I thought I saw!
So not only can it not be persimilis/confusa but 1sc+1dc+3vt+Yellow body setae+Mesonotum and pleura completely black to brown + Yellowish proepisternum. Postpronotum and pleurae paler, sometimes entirely black pleurae + Scutellum black + Reddish head => Chamaepsila limbatella (Zetterstedt, 1847)
