Any clues for ID-ing this calyptrate? It reminded me somewhat of Coenosia but I cannot get anywhere. Flevoland, 28.viii.2021; vegettion along and edge of reed bed.

Muscidae but not Coenosia because it has 2 presutural dorsocentrals.

Have you considered Macrorchis meditata?

I had not considered it but it isn't that species. The cercal plate in my specimen is almost split in two parts (should be long and narrow in medetata), the surstyli a narrowish and bend towards the cercal plate in side view at an almost straight angle and the epiphallus is strongly swollen and adorned with numerous black setose hairs.
