date: 28 Aug. 2021; location: in Denmark, northern Jytland, close to the North Sea; on leaves of Rosa rugosa;
size: about 5-7 mm (estimated); what Phoridae genus? what species?

Hi Volker, I think it's Diplonevra and possibly a female nitidula (yellow forelegs).
