Hello,
I am puzzeling...can this be
Empis albinervis or bicuspidata (the only one having such feathered legs) which I found?
Found: Sept 4 in Schwetzingen(Germany, 4 mm

Too many details not visible (like wing tip). Date is too late for
bicuspidata anyway.
