Hi,

I took a few pictures of a tiny fly on a leaf below a birch tree in our garden.

I would speculate that it could be Diplonevra nitidula. Is it possible to confirm or reject that speculation based on the picture below?

Germany, Southern Bavaria, Munich (-West), 31.08.2021, app. 3-4 mm
