Dear Dipteran-Community
can someone help me with the identification of the following nematocera? I'm thankful for any tip in the right direction (Family, Subfamily,...). Wings are unfortunately in very poor condition.

Family Chironomidae, tribe Chironomini. Few species are known from the smaller islands.

Dear John, thanks for the quick reply. The only chironomini reported from the region is
Chironomus magnivalva but I doubt that this list is comprehensive.
