It is difficult to explain why, but it doesn't "feel" Tachinidae. And it is not. It is Trichogena (true believers of the Code skip the 'h') rubricosa, Rhinophoridae.
The colouration of the antenna is pretty distinctive (but cf. Cinochira in case of the very small black fly).
