Hi, initially I suspected Trichoceridae, but the wing pattern doesn't match.
So I am putting my money now on Dicranomyia morio - does this seem like a good bet?

Vienna, late July in a backyard garden. Length about 4mm

The images of D. morio in the Catalogue of the Craneflies of the World fit quite well!

They do, but are there any other species to confuse with?
