Hallo

In Bavaria, July
Found this fly in my garden. Couldnt get near, I think its 3mm, and no other view possible.

I searched at Agromyzidae and Chloropidae.

I think you better transfer this to Syrphidae. THis is a female Syrphid.

Most likely Melanostoma mellinum.
