Ok, kept digging and found images of Sapromyzosoma more similar, but this old thread was rather discouraging: https://diptera.i...read=88818.
I added an enhanced image, because I was looking for the ocellar bristles and it seems to be like described in the thread... so I guess the 'dumping ground' it goes...
