Can any one help me with this Terellia? On Arctium minus. Was seen near Barcelona (Catalonia) on 16.5.21. Perhaps T. tussilaginis?

Formally looks like a typical Terellia tussilaginis, but again, it should be nice to see its DNA.
May I please ask you to collect?
