Thank you Igor to solve the puzzle.

The two outer bristles on coxa of hindleg are very diagnostic I understand.

Looking further into this I come to Thrypticus tarsalis (female).

In the meantime I have also learned that this could not have been a Cyrturella as this is only a tiny fly of 1 mm.
