Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Maybe a syprhidae?

Dear all,

this fly smaller than 1cm, was found on 28th of May in Lower Saxony.
I´m not sure, if this is a Syrphidae at all.

A Psilidae, but the angle of view is not very suitable.
