Can this be anything else, but Asilius crabroniformis?

The face.

Is this a male or a female.

Well, I've seen this fly only once (male and female) but I would say: definitely cabroniformis! Until a really knowledgable person corrects me, of course;)

Hello,

if the specimen on the second and third image is the same one, it's a male as on the first image.
