Hello Urs,

After all this time! But there is a resolution.
Lyneborg 1986 did indeed split Psilocephala into several genera. The big ones with the abdomen like this one belong in the genus Pandivirilia Irwin & Lyneborg 1981.
Lower part of frons with white pollinosity. Tergite 5 is white pollinose and 6 is entirely black. Also the tibia are reddish. That makes this Pandivirillia caesia.
Although more common in the higher parts of Europe Pandivirilia are very rare, nice find and nice photo's!
