Based on wing pattern plus body morphology, I think more likely: Coelocephala arcuata Bezzi, 1914. Neoepidesma tends to be more ‘ant-like’ in general form. If Coelocephala arcuata, then the vertex should be sunken between the compound eyes in frontal view.
