I think that should be roserii. The fact that fore and hind tibiae are darkekend may be indicative of setitibialis. The last 20-30 roserii I saw did not have any darkening at all but these were from France and not Finnland.

Because roserii should be a new species in Finland, I asked still Jere. He said that roserii is possible but it is better use C. cf. setibialis.
