Always the same question, Tachinidae or Muscidae .... something else?

If you think it is a Muscid, but the median vein is bend, it is one of those bended-Muscidae (Musca, Muscina, ...)
or..

it is Macquartia ! ( hence a Tachinidae).

Can you please show us a closeup of the head in profile ( so lateral view ) ?
