Chloropidae, Chloropinae: Chlorops rossicus Smirnov, 1955, which has those peculiarly infuscated wings, yellow tips of fore-tibiae [different fom pumilionis], brownish 2nd antennal segment, predominantly dark ocellar triangle, black 4th and 5th tarsal segments and the costa extending beyond tip of vein R4+5. A narrow black central line from ocellus to tip of frons is not always present on the anterior part of the frons (like in this photo). Host plant unknown. Few publications record original findings of this species which occurs on the Kuril Islands and in the arctic, boreal and central zones of Europe, westwards until The Netherlands.
