Small fly, less then 5mm long. I've never saw it, maybe only shows in Autumn.

Yes its a female Lonchaeid, but with such a wide frons,rather stubby antennal flagellomere and brownish wings its most likely to be a species of Dasiops ........ Iain

Okay. I thought Dasiops tended to be rather blueish rather than greenish. ;)
