The anal vein is long (see the upper picture), so that I would say Anthomyiidae.

:D I didn't see that coming, but yes, you are right.
I will consult Joke van Erkelens' Anthomyiidae for DUMMIES, but being a female.... :S

So, now we are back to my fiest hunch, Muscidae. :D Muscidae, Fannidae, Anthomyiidae...

From the same area I have photos of Lispocephala brachialis.
