Hi,

taken today (18 November 2007) in Granada (Southern Spain), 1400 m, 13?C, very common on Quercus ilex, about 3 mm length

Chloropidae. Maybe a Thaumatomyia sp... :S

i'm not a specialist but i will say: Thaumatomyia from Chloropidae.
