Hello,
This specimen was observed recently on january at home. For me its appearance is typical of Megaselia genus. But, I am surprised by the enlarged hind femurs. Are you in agreement with me ? Many thanks in advance. Jean-Michel Garel.

Normally Megaselia are not identifiable from pictures but there are a few exceptions. You are lucky, this is one of the exceptions. The smaller pictures show very thick erect setae on the abdomen, characteristic for Megaselia rufipes.
