Hi,
This Tephritidae attending ivy was photographed near Arles, Bouches-du-Rhône, southern France on september 20, 2020. It looks like a good candidate for a male C. jaceae but it is not clear to me how to exclude C. loricata based on what can be seen on the 2 photographs below? Any comments welcome :)

More likely,
Chaetorellia acrolophi White, 1989, but males can be IDied only if the host plant is known.
