Could this fly be a Sarcophila latifrons ?

Possible, but there is also another species in southern France, so it's not possible to say for sure...

Another species of the same genus ?

I have a few more views, what should i see to differentiate both species ?

Yes, those Sarcophila are extremely similar !
Will be hard to impossible to ID from pictures.
