Is it possible to identify the species of this fly by such foto? Ukraine.

Looks interesting. I know it is a little late for this advice, but try to make lateral shots and in case of Tabanidae frontal shots as well. Dorsal is hopeless in many Tabanidae.

And it has no bloody feet ;) (-poda), but drinks blood (-pota).
