In T. angustipennis the dark rays in M1+2 do not reach the margin of the wing.
It may be Tephritis tanaceti or T. dioscurea.

Thankyou Ben and Val. Since it is on a Tanacetum vulgare, Tephritis tenaceti would be fine. No Tephritis tenaceti is recorded in our Swedish Dyntaxa, only Tephritis dioscurea.
