I've some doubts with
Sapromyzosoma laevatrispina but I can't find any observations of it in Belgium.
I think this is
Sapromyza sexpunctata but a second opinion is welcome.
Unfortunately I could only make this photo.
Location : Rochefort, Belgium

No, this is
Sapromyzosoma laevatrispina. It was first recorded from Belgium here: Beuk, P.L.Th., 2019. Diptera uit de ENCI-groeve. Deel 2. Aanvullingen op de lijst van Nederlandse bladvliegen (Diptera: Lauxaniidae). -
Natuurhistorisch Maandblad 108(12): 367-372.

I didn't find the name on waarnemingen.be or observations.
The observation on waarnemingen.be is under the name
Sapromyzosoma quadripunctata (tabel 1 Nederlandse en Belgische waarnemingen)
https://waarnemingen.be/observation/55697161/
Probably not changed yet.
So thank you for the determination.
Best regards
